In the Voting-for-Launch Mode, the entire community votes on whether to initiate an IDO. Users can earn votes through staking, inviting friends, and other activities. Once the community's total votes reach the target, the IDO begins, and users who voted for the project receive a token airdrop. The reward pool is then distributed based on each user's proportion of total votes.
